REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is defective or damaged during transit
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect confirmed

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of industrial components, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Electrical components once powered ON
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Consumables
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted products
  1. Return Process

Customers must:

  1. Email us at [Email]
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos or video evidence
    • Description of issue

Return approval is mandatory before sending products.

  1. Refund Method

Refund will be processed via:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Processing time: 5–10 working days after inspection.

  1. Replacement Option

Where possible, replacement will be provided instead of refund.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • If error is from our side → We bear shipping cost
  • If customer ordered wrong item → Customer bears shipping cost
  1. Warranty Claims

Warranty (if applicable) will follow manufacturer warranty terms.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
